DailyClips Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DailyClips, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use DailyClips
• Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately terminated
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per phone number

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

3.1 Content Ownership Requirements

By uploading content to DailyClips, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights to the content
• Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• You have permission to use any music, video clips, images, or other copyrighted material
• You have the right to monetize the content
• Your content does not contain copyrighted material from movies, TV shows, music, or other sources

• Forfeiture: Earnings forfeited upon permanent ban

• Keep login credentials secure
• Update profile information if it changes

7. License Grant

By posting content, you grant DailyClips a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display, reproduce, and distribute your content
• Create derivative works for technical purposes
• Use your content for promotional purposes
• Allow other users to view and share your content

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Copyright violations (strike system)
• Terms of Service violations
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of platform features
• Legal requirements

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

DailyClips is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific earnings or engagement levels
• Removal of all infringing content
• Complete security of user data

10. Limitation of Liability

DailyClips shall not be liable for:

• Loss of earnings or profits
• Copyright claims from third parties
• User-generated content
• Technical failures or data loss
• Actions taken based on these Terms

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DailyClips harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of intellectual property rights
• Your content posted on the platform
• Your use of the service

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of DailyClips after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Delhi.
